1. the ability to freeze layers in an xref by clicking on the layer
2. the ability to list a layer in an xref (xlist or equivalent)
3. to draw a rectangle by entering the dimensions
to a lesser degree
4. the ability to change color of a layer by viewport

I would like to see the ability to import name page layouts in the Page Setup Manager and/or IntelliCAD Explorer.

- do you mean LOFF command (View->Freeze Layer)?
