New Carlson 2016 / IntelliCAD 8.1 build (160324) is posted

New Carlson 2016 / IntelliCAD 8.1 build (160311) is now available for testing.

Following issues were resolved:

• Status bar does not show elevation for polar coordinates
• Some dimensions are not created as annotative using annotative dim styles
• Several crashes and a freeze

Also two new system variables were introduced to help to workaround crashes in some specific circumstances:

• DOTNETENABLED - setting it to 0 will disable all .NET functionality. This allows to avoid a crash related to video drivers for Nvidia Quadro video cards. Default value is 1.
• SAVETHUMBNAILS - setting it to 0 will disable drawing thumbnail generation on save. This allows to avoid a crash on save on some systems. Setting it to 1 or 2 will enable one of two ways of generation. Default value is 3, which allows both ways of generation.

Please let us know if you encounter any issue which will have to be fixed immediately or other issues which are new.
As always, if this build is problematic, the older patch can be used to restore.

New Carlson 2016 / IntelliCAD 8.1 build (160311) is now available for testing.

Following issues were resolved:

• Print settings (such as print stamp) are not saved on exit
• IntelliConvert crashes trying to convert some DGN files
• Grips work wrong for MOVE/Rotate etc
• Some crashes fixed
• Minor user interface fixes
• Errors detection mechanism improved

Please let us know if you encounter any issue which will have to be fixed immediately or other issues which are new.
As always, if this build is problematic, the older patch can be used to restore.
