Image ghosting and moving to front

Since going to 2012 Carlson/Survey w intelliCAD 7.1 there has been an issue trying to move or scale image files. Once you start moving or scaling the image it moves up top of all the drawing data preventing you from using it as a reference for the command. This did not happen in 6.6.

    This has been reported already, although I was under impression it did not work in 6.6 either. The workaround is to move the image aside first, then move it back in place. It is still on top, but snapping can be used in this case.

      We have been using work arounds and it does work but I do hope this issue will be addressed.
