Carlson IntelliCAD Labs: another speed issue

Restoring saved layer states in 6.6 was for all intents and purposes instant.

7.1 latest build counts down every layer, about 3 layers a second, for large drawings this takes a couple of minutes.

Would be good to have example drawings. I've tried some large drawings with a lot of layers and didn't see significant difference between ICAD7.1 and ICAD6.6, speed is approximately the same.
