Tiff is not in same location as the imageframe


I have a tiff that does not align with the imageframe. I know the imageframe is in the correct location and with imageframe set to on it is visible with the same properties as in AutoCAD. If I zoom in on the tiff the image streaks and a regenall does nothing to fix it.

    type plan. enter then type world. enter and this will usually fix this problem. It's called ghosting

    Unfortunately the ghosting's still there.
