Ortho

Drawing a line with ortho turned on does not lock the line vertically or horizontally. Whilst drawing it is locked but when you click the end point it is not locked to the same x or y.

    When I use F8 and it indicates on, it isn't. When I click on the lower right Ortho block, it is on when highlighted.

    Original problem reported by Col is now fixed for the next build
