This update has many changes, so we treat it with caution. Rollback to previous build (171129) if you have any issue with the new one.
If you changed value of FASTIMAGEDRAW previously please set it back to 2.

• After Windows 10 FALL CREATORS update, IntelliCAD has serious performance problems
  We want to make sure you are all aware of a recent IntelliCAD bug fix for a very serious performance problem introduced by the Windows Fall Creator Update. The update causes a several second delay when activating the ribbon when scaling the ribbon bitmaps. This problem is particularly bad on systems with very high resolution monitors (4K) where image scaling is required. If IntelliCAD is left active then the delay increases, some systems reported a delay of 20 seconds or more after IntelliCAD was active for 9 hours.
• Image is invisible if FASTIMAGEDRAW=1
• [MTEXT] Numbered list padding is wrong
• Block is moved while REFEDIT
• Unable to REFEDIT on block contained in XREF
• Custom patch pattern cannot be assigned in -HATCH command
• New entities are not displayed when adding via a LISP loop
• Perpendicular snap to arc doesn't work in 3D
• A PDF underlay is not regenerated during zoom/pan
• After zoom, the attached PDF is not displayed on the drawing
• Customizations reset on re-start
• Custom hatch patterns are not loaded
