- Reverted fix: Underlined text cannot be un-underlined.
- Toolbars change their position on re-start.
- DXFout error with 'Handled exception'.

I am having an issue with the program locking up while using the "Stretch" command - mainly while moving vertices on polylines. The only thing I can do is to end the program from the Task Manager - it will not give me the option to send a crash report. Can you advise of a solution ?
