I have followed the steps in the SiteNet movie, without success. The create existing surface does not trim to the boundary polyline and the final surface is the design layers only and not merged to a new resultant tin.
The trg file created is always put in the project folder regardless of which subfolder you save it to. A copy is put in the project folder and is updated with most operations in SiteNet.
The purpose of this forum is to create the communication channel between developers of Carlson with IntelliCAD engine and the end-users.
My problem seems to be the existing surface, clipped to bounday, is not being created.
ReplyDeleteI have got the clipped existing surface by using entities rather than a tin file. Still have an incomplete final model.
ReplyDeleteI managed to finish my job. It meant using Triangulation utilities to merge my tin files.
ReplyDeleteThere is no information in the manual on any of SiteNet. So it is all a bit of trial and error.
